The Palmers produce organic Lamb from the heart of pastoral country
Phil, Trish, Bill, Jack and Tom Palmer
Phil and Trish Palmer are certified organic lamb producers at Overnewton station, in western New South Wales. Three of their four sons, Bill, Jack and Tom, together with their wives and children, work the farm with them. As an extended farming-family operation they run Dropper sheep in pastoral country.
The farm has been USDA NOP and COR certified organic for five years.
